The hotel had some major issues with the rooms but overall was a pleasant stay. The service was polite but inexperienced. The location had some drawbacks but was convenient for attending events. The dining experience left something to be desired. The facilities were satisfactory.

Despite moving us multiple times due to issues in the rooms, when we finally got settled, they were amazing. However, they did have a lingering smell like an old ashtray.

My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The rooms were so dirty that I had to clean them with bleach before allowing my disabled residents to touch anything. After 7 hours, we were finally able to check into another hotel as they refused to let us leave due to a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke masked by a sweet scent. The dining experience was terrible with limited options available.
